passportsize-photo.online is an online photo processing service that helps users create photos intended to meet the requirements of passport, visa, and other government-issued identity documents. Our service includes:
- AI-powered compliance checking against published document photo requirements
- Automated background removal and replacement
- Photo cropping and resizing to specified dimensions
- Digital delivery of processed photos
- Optional 4×6 print layout templates
2. Important Disclaimer — No Government Guarantee
passportsize-photo.online processes your photo according to our understanding of publicly available government requirements and international standards (including ICAO 9303). However, we cannot and do not guarantee that any government authority, embassy, consulate, or agency will accept your photo.
Final acceptance decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority and may depend on factors beyond photo specifications, including but not limited to:
- Changes to requirements that have not yet been publicly documented
- Subjective assessment by individual officials
- Country-specific or office-specific interpretation of regulations
- Requirements for physical print quality that are outside our digital processing scope
Our "compliance guarantee" means we aim to process your photo in accordance with our best understanding of the published requirements for your selected country and document type. If your photo is rejected or you are otherwise unhappy with the service, you may request a refund under our Refund Policy.
3. Pricing & Payment
- passportsize-photo.online charges $4.99 per photo processed. No subscription is required.
- Payment is processed securely by our authorized payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.
- You will not be charged until you choose to download your processed photo. The initial compliance check is free.
- Prices are displayed in USD. Currency conversion rates and any associated bank fees are your responsibility.
- We reserve the right to change pricing. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Your Account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- One account per person. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use passportsize-photo.online to:
- Upload photos of people without their consent (or, in the case of minors, without parental/guardian consent)
- Upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates any third party's rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Circumvent rate limits or other protective measures
- Use the service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
6. Photo Ownership & Intellectual Property
- Your photos remain yours. Uploading a photo to passportsize-photo.online does not transfer any ownership or usage rights to us.
- We claim no intellectual property rights over photos you upload or the processed results we deliver.
- Uploaded original photos are deleted after processing completes or fails, and in any event within 24 hours. Processed deliverables are retained for up to 90 days so you can download your purchase and receive support. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- The passportsize-photo.online name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Refunds

- If your photo was rejected, please include the rejection notice or screenshot if available so we can investigate and improve the service.
- If you experienced a billing issue, technical issue, or purchased credits you did not use, contact support and we will help promptly.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- passportsize-photo.online is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific photo processing that is the subject of the claim.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, missed travel, visa denial consequences, or application delays.
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party service outages, internet disruptions, or changes in government requirements.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep passportsize-photo.online available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions.
10. Termination
- You may stop using passportsize-photo.online and request account deletion at any time by contacting support@passportsize-photo.online.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
- Upon termination, your photo data will be deleted according to the retention periods in our Privacy Policy, unless limited retention is required for legal, security, dispute-resolution, or accounting purposes. Account data will be deleted within 30 days of the request where deletion is legally and technically available.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of passportsize-photo.online shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.
