- Instant processing — our AI pipeline processes your photo in seconds: background removal, cropping, resizing, and compliance verification against your selected country and document type.
- Preview your result — see your compliant photo with a detailed compliance report before you pay. The compliance check is free.
- Pay and download — after payment ($4.99 per photo), your high-resolution compliant photo is immediately available for download directly from the website.
- Email confirmation — you will receive an email confirmation at your registered email address with a secure download link for your processed photo.
Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is instant. Your processed photo is available for download immediately after payment is confirmed. There is no waiting period, queue, or manual review step. The entire process — from upload to download-ready result — typically completes in under 30 seconds.
Download Availability
Your processed photo is available for download for up to 90 days after processing. Paid downloads are available after payment during that window. This gives you time to re-download your photo, access your order, and contact support if anything goes wrong.
Uploaded original photos are deleted after processing completes or fails, and in any event within 24 hours, as described in our privacy policy. Processed deliverables — including the downloadable compliant photo and any generated print-layout file — are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted unless limited retention is legally required.
We still recommend downloading your photo immediately after payment. If you need the photo again after the availability window, you will need to re-upload and re-process.
File Format & Quality
- Format: JPEG — universally accepted by government agencies and online submission portals
- Resolution: meets or exceeds the DPI requirements for your selected country and document type
- Dimensions: precisely cropped to the required dimensions for your selected document type
What If Delivery Fails?
In the unlikely event that you experience a technical issue preventing download after payment:
- Check your email for the download link sent to your registered email address
- Try refreshing the page or accessing the download from your account
- If the issue persists, contact us immediately at support@passportsize-photo.online — we will resolve the issue or process a full refund
No Physical Delivery
passportsize-photo.online provides digital photos only. We do not print or ship physical copies. You are responsible for printing the digital photo if a physical copy is required for your application. Print quality depends on your choice of printer, paper, and print settings — see our refund policy for details on print-related limitations.
